Power of Teamwork

The R&D Department was founded at the beginning of the company's establishment. The core staffs of the technical and management team have more than a decade of theoretical and practical experience in the industry. At present, there are more than 30 R&D and technical personnel, including 16 undergraduates and 2 external experts.

Corporate System

The R&D Department is directly led by the general manager of the company and forms a multi-professional, multi-level technology innovation organization. According to the company's strategic development goals, the R&D department is composed of the decision-making level, management level, and executive level, and forms the system of optical design group, organization design group, mold design group, and test evaluation group.

Cooperation

Over the years, the company has attached importance to cooperation with relevant advanced enterprises, colleges and universities and research institutes. The company has established long-term and close cooperation with Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Changchun University of Technology, Shenzhen University and other units. It is the practice base of Shenzhen University. An integrated R&D model that focusing on self-development and supplemented by joint research and development is formed.

Professional Field

The focus is on production innovations such as ‘optical imaging technology’, ‘smart wearable devices’, ‘visual recognition’, ‘educational toys’ and ‘optical precision molds’. The R&D team has professional custom design and product manufacturing capabilities, and can fully meet customers' needs in optical imaging technology, lighting technology, and assembly of small and ultra-small applications and high-precision products.

Manager:

He graduated from mechanical engineering in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in engineering and joined a large-scale Hong Kong-owned group after graduation. He is responsible for the research, development, verification, and mass production of Japanese educational toy products. In 2013, he joined the company's technology research and development department manager, participated in or chaired a number of product and technology research and development, researched artificial intelligence and educational toys for many years, and participated in 5 patents.

Manager:

He graduated from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical design and manufacturing and joined Hong Kong-funded semiconductor companies after graduation. After joining the domestic photoelectric companies, he devoted himself to the research of ultra-precision parts processing for many years. Joined the company in 2009. He has researched and developed the optical imaging lens, improved the automation assembly process, and participated in 6 patents.

Manager:

He graduated from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical design automation. After graduating, he joined Taiwan-based optoelectronics company and devoted himself to the research and development of optical components. He joined the company in 2013 and is responsible for the R&D and design of 5M/8M mobile phone lenses and medical endoscopes, and obtained 6 patents.

Supervisor:

He graduated from the mold design and manufacturing major in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in engineering. After graduation, he joined a large-scale optoelectronics company and devoted himself to the research and development of optical precision molds. In 2015, he joined the company and has studied optical mold development and micro-precision injection molding technology for many years and obtained 3 patents.
