Mold Workshop
The workshop is equipped with nearly 60 injection moulding machines, which are mainly used for injection moulding plastic parts. The tonnage of injection moulding machine covers 50-300T. The brands include Zhonghongtai, Haitian, Shadike, Anteng, Toshiba and so on. Workshop environment is clean and tidy. Pre-job training and on-the-job guidance are provided for every post staff. Work instructions are formulated for different positions to ensure safe, efficient and high-energy production.
Injection Molding
The finished product department has 1200 square meters of clean workshop, three assembly lines and one packaging line. It specializes in providing the whole process services of design review, process improvement, PCB patch and welding, product assembly, testing, aging and packaging for electronic and plastic products. The Department has more than 150 employees, including more than 20 technicians, quality assurance, on-site management personnel and monthly production capacity. About 500K, our department has been producing and exporting well-known brands of puzzle toys to Japan all the year round, forming a rigorous and reliable quality assurance system.
