  Dule Mold Maintenance Classification:
Class I Maintenance Specification (after 15-20 years of continuous production):
1.1 After continuous production of 40,000-60,000 moulds with test moulds, it is generally necessary to maintain the moulds after 15-20 days.
1.2 After decomposition of the die, all movable and fixed side die kernels are pulled out and placed according to the point number.
1.3 Movable side and fixed side templates are put into an ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10 minutes to remove the water stains and blow-dry them. The return rod holes of the action hole are cleaned with small wooden sticks. The die hole and pinhole can be cleaned with toothpicks, whichever stain is not seen on the cotton, and the cleaning liquid can be cleaned with acetone.
1.4 All molds should be cleaned with dust-free paper, especially the small-diameter part. When assembling, they should be re-oiled with high temperature oil. This action should not touch the optical surface of the molds.
1.5 All templates, thimbles and return rods shall be cleaned with dustless paper, and high temperature oil shall be re-applied to the active part.
Level II Maintenance: (7 days after continuous production):
1.1 After continuous production of 20,000-30,000 test dies, the mould needs to be maintained in grade II after 6-8 days.
1.2 Movable side and fixed side templates are cleaned by ultrasonic cleaner for 5-10 minutes to remove the water stains. Mold hole and pinhole can be cleaned by toothpick wrapped with cotton, and cleaning liquid can be cleaned by acetone.
1.3 All molds need to be cleaned with dust-free paper and repacked with high temperature oil when assembling. This action should not touch the optical surface of the molds.
Level III Maintenance (i.e. Daily Maintenance)
Mould surface should be cleaned every day. Precision positioning column, guide pillar and guide sleeve should be cleaned once a week, and high temperature oil should be re-applied.
